Our Location
Leander’s rapid growth has transformed the area from rural Hill Country into sprawling suburban community. That development pattern creates specific water damage challenges.
Many Leander properties rely on private septic systems rather than municipal sewer, particularly in older neighborhoods and large-lot developments. Septic failures, which fall under TCEQ’s on-site sewage facility regulations, create category 3 water losses requiring specialized handling, and they’re more common than most homeowners expect.
The area’s limestone bedrock and clay soils affect how water moves around your property. Heavy rains can overwhelm drainage, pushing water toward foundations. During dry periods, clay soil shrinks away from foundations, creating gaps where water infiltrates during the next storm.
Flash flooding affects Leander during severe weather events. Even homes not in obvious flood zones can experience water intrusion when storms overwhelm local drainage systems.
We dispatch a crew to your Leander address while damage can still be minimized.

Leander has transformed from a quiet railroad town into one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas, yet it still holds onto a Hill Country feel that larger suburbs have outgrown. New neighborhoods push steadily north, but the community stays grounded with lakeside parks, family festivals, and wide-open green spaces that give residents room to breathe. It’s a place where weekend plans might include kayaking a city lake in the morning and catching a miniature train ride with the kids by afternoon.
Every fall, this 10-acre festival grounds off FM 2243 transforms into Central Texas’s go-to pumpkin destination. Running weekends from early October through early November, Texas Pumpkin Fest packs in rides like a Ferris wheel and super slide, live magic shows, a haunted Hall of Monsters, food trucks, and the largest selection of pumpkins and gourds in the state. Every child receives a free mini pumpkin, and veterans, active military, and first responders get free Friday admission. Complimentary wagons are available for hauling your haul. Arrive early on Saturdays to beat the crowds, and bring cash or card for $15 entry.
Nearly 800 acres of sports fields, trails, and family amenities make this Williamson County park one of the largest recreational spaces in the region. Eleven soccer fields, a 400-meter track, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a splash pad carved from a former rock quarry, and an 18-hole disc golf course designed by pro architect John Houck fill the grounds. The Cedar Rock Railroad offers miniature train rides through the park’s wooded habitats. Most of the disc golf course is shaded, a lifesaver during long Texas summers. Parking and entry are free, and the park opens daily at 7:30 AM.
Tucked inside the North Creek subdivision, this 45.5-acre regional park centers on a peaceful lake where fishing for largemouth bass and bluegill, non-motorized boating, and wildlife watching are the main draws. A paved walking trail loops through the property, passing a playground, picnic shelters with BBQ grills, and shaded rest areas. The park hosts Leander’s annual Liberty Fest around the Fourth of July. Mornings are the best time for birdwatching along the water’s edge, and the 110-space parking lot rarely fills up on weekdays. Kayaks and canoes are welcome, though trolling motors are not permitted on the lake.
Leander’s crown jewel opened in 2020 across 125 lakeside acres, and it quickly became one of the most popular parks in Williamson County. A splash pad with soft, non-slip flooring keeps kids cool from April through October, while the lake offers kayak and paddleboard rentals through PaddleEZ. A fenced dog park, skate park, fishing pier, basketball and volleyball courts, and miles of trails round out the amenities. Covered lakeside pavilions with built-in BBQ pits are perfect for family gatherings. The trails are stroller-friendly with scenic lake views, especially at sunset. Open daily from 6:30 AM to 8 PM.
