Austin Fire and Flood did a flood clean up for my brother. They did an awesome job. Was a referral from a mutual client and they lived up to what I would want from a water remediation company. Customer service was tremendous. Very timely and was very careful to walk them through the insurance process during this difficult time.

I shopped around for a water damage restoration company extensively and probably had 3 different companies come out. Robin and her team were by far the most transparent, and the only company that wasn’t trying to take advantage of the fact that I was dealing with an insurance claim. I strongly recommend Austin Fire and Flood to all of my friends and family whenever the need arises. 10/10

I highly recommend Austin Fire and Flood and their team of people for water damage mitigation. When I called Robin for help, we were in a difficult situation with water damage from a burst pipe during the sub-freezing weather conditions of February, 2021. She immediately impressed me with her attitude, understanding of the situation and willingness to provide as much help as she could. Under the pressure of numerous calls for service, she was able to get a team assembled and quickly out to our property. Again, I was at once impressed with the attitude, professionalism and knowledge shown by Ashton, the team leader, and her team. She gave me confidence and assurance that her team could handle the job. She took charge with a “can-do”, “let’s get it going” approach. Throughout the entire effort, Ashton took clear responsibility along with her core crew of Dani and Darius, to get the job done properly She kept in constant communication with us on progress and next steps. She also helped setup and coordinate the necessary actions with restoration and moving and storage companies. She is obviously very competent and knowledgeable in not only taking the actions needed but in working with the property owners. I appreciated the sincere efforts and interaction with Dani and Darius and the help of Mary and the various additional contractors and assistants involved with the mitigation. We could see that they were working long hours without days off, but still were totally dedicated to completing the tasks at hand. We so much appreciated the attitude of all the various people that Ashton brought in to complete the mitigation and preparation for rebuild. They made sure that the work and drying was thorough and complete and that the site was left in the best possible condition for the rebuild. Their quick actions prevented us from receiving additional damage. Various other people at Austin Fire and Flood helped me during this process. Justine handled the behind-the-scenes activities and was always available when coordination was needed. Paul, Jenipher and Dwayne were very helpful and competent in working with the insurance company to settle the financial part of claim. I was very pleased with the entire team at Austin Fire and Flood and feel strongly in recommending them. A big advantage is the personal attention and care that we received from Robin and her entire organization. I felt they always had our best interests at heart. I would clearly trust them to do the best job possible.

A water pipe in the attic froze and burst flooding our ground floor during the Feb freezing weather. During this peak in claims, Austin Fire & Flood was one of the only mitigation companies to return our call and performed the remediation work within 2 days. They left fans & dehumidifier, continually monitored the moisture levels over a week, and submitted all documentation to our homeowners ins claim. The team was professional and responsive.

Management here is top notch and did not scrape me over the coals for nickels and dimes!
